The colorful overlays are pretty to look at, and the idea of a radar image is fun, but to the layman, the images are meaningless. And the weather reporting relies on 24 icons rather than a narrative of what to expect through the day and why. I love NOAAs reliable weather predictions on their online website, but this app is the pits.

I’m getting weather locations from other places not where I live...cannot change settings...may delete app soon!!!!!

I see color on the screen but no key to tell what they mean,no temps shown, and no way to tell what is happening.

Ads take away from the app.

When we travel on roadtrips, this app is extremely helpful when we can see a storm in the distance, or when we need to make a choice between two routes based on weather. Rainfall gradients are quite accurate at the local scale for heavy rainfall/snow. Lighter precipitation tends to be slightly less accurate.

This weather app it’s very informative. So I love to be informed of the weather. Thanks. Malcolm.

In the middle of a blinding snow storm, checked the app to see when it would end and the app tells me it’s not snowing where I am. Great.

Really good when it works, but occasionally it just doesnt work. Definitely get it and use it! On the rare occasion it doesnt work, you can try weather channel.

It is lag I can not see anything

Whenever I want to find out, exactly what is going to be coming down the pike, I go to the NOAA APP. So easy to use, and always accurate

Blizzard alert (real), but forecast shows light rain. Visually great app for cloud cover and weather movement. Forecast is always suspect.

Everything I was looking for, perfect weather app.

I had it for only 1 minute, how do I know I like it. So far, I dont.

The ads are annoying in the free version, but I was not expecting to see incredibly inappropriate ads on the NOAA app! I’m just glad my kids weren’t using my phone. I uninstalled this app immediately.

Since this is a govt source it should be free as taxes pay for them. It is a perfect inexpensive service for all to use. The free version is not very usable as the pay version. Especially in stormy weather as it save a life
