The ads displayed in this app are dangerous. I was directed to breakingnewsinbox.com which tried to install a security certificate and trusted third party mail server on my phone. Beware! Update: I reached out to support and they were not helpful in resolving this issue.

Useful, interesting and user friendly.

The old design was much better •the old weather formations were more clear and defined •also the way the weather formations time lapse movement was much better. It used to be a consistent flow across the screen and now it is snap shots of the radar at each particular time. The smooth flow across the screen was much better

It’s not accurate enough or clear on the information

This would be a 5 star app if it werent for full screen ads that come up in seconds after opening. And weather details that slide open/closed/open/closed so cant read the forecast! Weather Channel app opens to beautiful scene, gives forecast and if scroll we can see radar, week ahead, etc. Sorry developers, you still after all these months cant get this NOAA app to function well. Instead of creatively having ads within the app page the pop-up ads cover full screen, often X to close ad is hidden, cant get ad to close. After getting to page the weather report that pops out of the right side goes away before you can read it, weather is gone and wont come back until you keep clicking, dragging etc. or close app and open again, but then you get another page covering ad again. Shame the app developers dont know how to build an app that has ads creatively in them like so many other apps. Deleted this again, I love the Weather channel app SO much better!

I havent used it much though, one thing I havent found is an explanation for some of the graphics / color codes, there is a color bar on the left but with my little screen its hard to read

No matter where you tap you get set to an ad site. Stop!

Keeps me out of trouble while out on the water fishing and enjoying life! When a storm is out there I know exactly when to head for cover.

I find it is not worth what I paid for it. ?

We like the warnings, the updates, and the tracking radar, in particular. Has proven very helpful in planning routes of travel.
